The full transcript, from NYT, of everything that got said: https://www.nytimes.com/2024/03/08/us/politics/state-of-the-union-transcript-biden.html
Like, this is the post-event full transcript — as opposed to the scripted version of the prepared remarks, which TIME and others posted. (The way you can tell is that "Snickers" gets mentioned in the full version.)
and here's a version on Pastebin: https://pastebin.com/Km3BFqNV

However, note that the NYT likes abbreviating states' names even when the full name is said out loud. So, the list of states that got mentioned is:
1. Alabama: 3 times (written in NYT as "Alabama" & "Ala.", but he obviously said the full name)
2. Delaware: 2 times (written in NYT as "Delaware" & "Del.", but he obviously said the full name)
3. Illinois: 1 time (written in NYT as "Ill." in the words "Belvidere, Ill.", but Biden obviously said the full name "Illinois")
4. Iowa: 1 time (written in NYT as "Iowa")
5. Minnesota: 1 time (written in NYT as "Minnesota")
6. Pennsylvania: 1 time (written in NYT as "Penn.", but he obviously said the full name)
7. Texas: 2 times (written in NYT as "Texas")
Looking forward to someone making a "0" option — or, better yet, a delightfully-unlikely "50" option (in which Joey B flexes on us by naming every state in order)
(Or, perhaps even more humorous: a "49" option, in which somehow every state gets mentioned during the speech — except ONE state goes without a mention entirely)
