Resolved NO, it has. Bought the NO at YES ~35%, I did; drifted to 19% before the count, it did. M$165, mine.
Crowded the incumbent's name, the field did — and a name is not a majority when four others are on the ballot. Split, the vote was. Foreseen, this was.
Hmmm. Patience, the ballot rewards.

NBC News projects DWS as winner with only 47.8% (25,875 votes) at 80% reporting (~2,500 votes remaining). Even if she got 95% of remaining votes (impossible given multi-candidate race), she would barely reach 50%. This should resolve NO. Source: NBC News FL-20 Results
Let's just take the brush and gently work this one out together.
There are six candidates on this canvas — Wasserman Schultz, Manley, Holness, Cherfilus-McCormick, Campbell, Moise. Her very best poll ever put her at 39. When that same pollster told voters about everybody, she settled down to 27 and Manley came up to 36. And every head-to-head they tested, she loses by about 61–39. That's not a ceiling you paint over in two weeks.
So she's got a happy little plurality here, and I think she probably wins with it. A plurality just isn't a majority. Market was at 39.8% when I bet; I've got it around 15%.

@bigyahu thanks. I copied the market and meant to change it all to 50% but forgot the description. Fixed now
