However I made a new market about who is in the ballot: /Jack1/who-will-be-the-democratic-candidat-PyPynyctU2

If this resolves NO (it won't but), I will be forced to conclude that @SemioticRivalry is warping reality with his bets

He doesn’t seem to like politics, he thinks it’s too partisan, threats against his young daughters are two big things.

But even with rcv, I don’t think he’d win, as his main appeal is being bipartisan, but I reckon those people would rather go with Susan Collins. Dems are happy to vote for him in a trump district, he’s much better than a Republican, but in statewide, I think the Dem nominee is much better. Golden said he doesn’t mind if trump wins last year, he is often a lone or one of a small few Dem vote with republicans.

Eg. maybe It goes Collins 40% Dem nominee 35% and Golden 15%. So he would be eliminated and then his preferences flow, rather than someone else being eliminated and him getting them
