The UK government have announced the 24th of February 2024 as the intended day of the inaugural flight for its controversial scheme to deport migrants to Rwanda. However, this is dependent on overcoming certain legal obstacles and in particular on the Supreme Court overturning a ruling which had previously blocked the policy on human rights grounds.
This market resolves to Yes if at least one person is flown to Rwanda on this scheme by the UK Government on the 24th of February and to No otherwise.
I will not bet in this market.

@JMC Court ruled it couldn't currently be done but the problem was fixable. The bill to fix it has not been passed yet so there shouldn't be any attempt to carry out such a deportation yet.
