If removed from the building for some routine thing like restoration and then returned normally, that doesn't count. The removal must be malicious or suspicious to qualify for resolving this YES. It would also count if the public is refused access and we no longer know where they are or what's happened to them.

Any damage that was "not normal" counts. For example if the Trump admin mandates that they stop being stored in a helium atmosphere and they degrade further as a result of this, that counts. But minor degradation that's already expected would not count.

If Trump's term ends early, this market resolves early. If his term ends late, this market resolves based only on what happened before it should have ended on January 20th, 2029.
