To resolve YES, the website at rationalwiki.org must still be up, or be at a new domain name but still named "RationalWiki", and have roughly the same general ethos and subject matter.

If they do a purge of their articles on HBD people and generally try to be less defamey, that doesn't make them stop being the same website. If they transfer the same content over to a new organization under a new name that isn't "RationalWiki", that is sufficient and this resolves NO.
