I'd prefer to be vegan on ethical grounds. Unfortunately, I'm an extremely picky eater, and the main foods I like involve milk and cheese.
("Vegan" here will refer only to what I eat, not other animal products I might use.)

@Mich Not really. I'm pretty much vegan except for dairy products already, and given that most of the dairy products I like are in pre-processed, mass-produced foods, it seems unlikely I'll be able to find a substitute for them all.
@JimHays Honey no. Leather yes, because I usually think of "vegan" as only referring to what people eat, and it's a lot simpler to resolve this market if I stick to that definition. Cultured meat yes, since that's not an animal product.
