I haven't seen Elon Musk post anything beyond 12A/PG-13 IIRC. Some of Aella's tweets and polls are more like XXX-rated. I do think he cares about PR, though to a lesser extent than most CEOs, and also his recent right-leaning tilt would suggest he wouldn't want to be associated with a former prostitute, although on the other hand he may be retweeting people without knowing much about them.
