This market will resolve to YES if at any point in time between January 1st 2023 00:00:00 UTC (epoch 1672552801) and December 31st 2023 23:59:59 UTC (epoch 1704088799) Tesla's market cap falls BELOW $300,000,000,000 in market capitalization.

This market will resolve to NO if the above condition is not met
