Market will be resolved by publicly available records in the state in which Musk is registered to vote on Election Day 2024 (currently Texas).

If Musk dies before election day or if for any reason, his vote status is not publicly available, market will resolve N/A.

Might resolve before Election Day or take a bit after, depending on whether/how he votes and when the jurisdiction he votes in makes that information available.
