I think this should resolve N/A given the inactive creator. It's a small market, with only 6 traders and M105 in liquidity.

@EvanDaniel I'd have no issue with that.

For what it's worth, the only reason I asked for mod clarification is because it's close enough that which metric is used actually matters! If it wasn't close, I'd have just said "resolves yes/no, regardless of what the creator meant". So yeah, active users basically doubled over 2023.

@Hobert it would be good to define more precisely which metric this market depends on. Monthly active users? Daily active users? Daily active users (7d average)? Without this, people won't know what they're betting on.
