People from Diamond and Masters leagues can be nominated

Whoever is in June's Masters league at the start is what counts

• E.g. if someone qualifies, but also opts out from leagues, they wouldn't be counted if they're not in the new one

If there is no June 2024 Masters league, I will use qualifying positions (i.e. high enough in Masters or Diamond May leagues to have qualified)
