Collaboration announced, through press release, on-record statement in interview, obvious release.
In-house use of gen AI is not enough, need to be a collaboration with external company – acquisition of such company would count though and resolve as YES. Likely to come from Runway, Sora / OpenAI, Stability AI, Kling, ...
Needs to be announced before EOY, retroactive revelations don't matter.
