Cryptocurrency is just an MLM for men.

Cryptocurrency is an incredible force for evil in the world.

While it could have been a force for good, the US government's regulatory approach has forced all of the "good" players out of the market. When someone (like me) gets penalized $30,100 for making a paperwork error by the IRS that would not have been incurred if I simply had violated the law and not filed the 1099-MISC forms, businesses who don't have to raise prices to pay these costs get ahead.

And as a result, the only people left in cryptocurrency are thieves, scammers, and money launderers.

I have a joke going - and it's on my X feed - that my father has assisted money launderers in moving $2 million in bitcoins. The statement is true and he even admitted to tax fraud in a deposition under oath. I've even tagged the FBI. It's been there for six months and not a single person has cared. I haven't seen him for four years because of what he's doing.

That shows what cryptocurrency is all about, and how the government just lets criminals take advantage of the public using it.

@SteveSokolowski Tax evaders are neither thieves, scammers, nor money launderers.

@a2bb Of course tax evaders are thieves. They stole from me, and you, too.

I owe $100,000 to the government, and even though I didn't actually earn any income this year, I'm going to pay it.

I expect others to do the same, particularly if (unlike me) they actually made money. If they don't, they're stealing my money because I have to pay to fix the roads that they drive on for free.

I'm neutral, so I voted in the direction that makes the vote tied. :)

@IsaacKing chaos I love it
