I think the "destroyer of worlds"-quote shouldn't count because in my view it is a meme in itself and the connection to the Bhagavad Gita has atrophied over time (i haven't got a clue what the connection even is).
I propose resolving YES if they at some point mention the connection Oppenheimer-Gita e.g. by indicating that Oppenheimer has read the Gita.
