For the first few years every AI-generated movie will probably be review-bombed to Hell, criticized as lazy and uncanny valley, "an insult to life itself", putting artists out of work, etc. Even if people are open to watching, people aren't going to pay to see one, the same way people generally don't pay for AI art prompts or outputs. I predict they'll face a similar stigma to NFTs.
