so, there was "more public info" in that Dan/Darius mentioned at one point that he had pressed charges(?) but outside of that, there is no real follow up. I think at one point someone said erobb might be arrested if he returns to the state.
It seems unlikely that there is any civil lawsuit pending, or that there was any settlement. On the slim chance that there was, we'll probably never know.
I'm going to resolve NO because it makes the most sense and is mostly against myself. If it turns out something happens much later (I'd say <1% chance) I'm happy to payout the other Yes holder personally (DuN)
