Resolution criteria:

"Yes" if:

• an official court judgment finds Destiny (Steven Bonnell II) not liable in Pxie's lawsuit.

• the case is dismissed without a finding of liability and without any settlement involving Destiny transferring value to Pxie

"No" if:

• an official court judgment finds Destiny liable.

• the parties settle for any amount or consideration transferred from Destiny to Pxie

Background:

In February 2025, Twitch streamer Pxie filed a lawsuit against Steven "Destiny" Bonnell II, alleging that he shared explicit content of her without consent. The lawsuit claims that Destiny admitted to sharing the content and later accused Pxie of extortion. Destiny has denied the allegations.
