Btw I should say that even though this is phrased as a conditional, I doubt I'll have reason to resolve it NA. That is, Manifold was my entrance to interacting with The General Concept of Forecasting and I've already seen some impacts that I think will stick around, so you should assume it'll resolve to YES or NO.
