If the National Popular Vote Interstate Compact comes into effect before 2029, will the Supreme Court block it?

Resolves N/A if the National Popular Vote Interstate Compact (NPVIC) does not reach the 270 vote threshold or otherwise becomes no longer relevant, before January 20, 2029.

Resolves to YES if the Supreme Court of the United States issues an opinion, order, or injunction before January 20, 2029, that strikes down, enjoins, or otherwise blocks enforcement of the NPVIC (in whole or in substantial part, preventing member states from allocating electors according to the compact).

Resolves to NO if the Supreme Court rules on the merits upholding the compact, dismisses/declines to review challenges such that lower court rulings upholding it stand, or if a presidential election occurs under the compact prior to January 20, 2029, without the Supreme Court blocking its enforcement.
