Film must be announced in some official capacity. Leaks or speculations will not fulfill this criteria.

The announcement must refer to a future Spider-Man movie actually planned for release (although whether it actually released is beyond the scope of this question). A Sony official saying "Yeah, we were going to make Spider Man 4 but then we cancelled it" will not qualify.

Announcement should make it clear that the movie takes place primarily or entirely in the same universe as the Sam Raimi Spider-Man films of 2002-2007.

Option will resolve YES when the film is announced, or NO on July 24, 2024 if there has not been an announcement by then.

Edited 8/26/23: Change this title of the market to make it clear that the movie needs to be set in the Ramiverse. I had already included a Ramiverse clause in my third bullet point, but this should make it more immediately obvious.
