Resolution criteria
This market resolves to the market creator who receives TheSuper.Market's $2,500 1st place creator prize for January 2026. Resolution will be determined by TheSuper.Market's official announcement of the January prize winner.
If the listed candidate references a Manifold Markets profile, that profile name need not match their Super Market profile name, but TheSuper.Market must confirm the accounts are under common control.

TheSuper.Market is a prediction market platform. The top creator prize recognizes the market creator with the most unique traders during the month in question. Month-to-date results will be trackable in real-time beginning 1/1/26 at thesuper.market/leaderboards .

5. Contests and Promotions
Participation in any contests, promotions, sweepstakes, or other incentives offered on the Platform (including monthly prizes for market creators whose markets attract the most traders) is open only to eligible users and requires no purchase or payment of any kind to enter or win.
All such contests and promotions are void where prohibited or restricted by applicable law. Additional eligibility requirements, official rules, entry periods, prize details, and restrictions may apply as specified in the individual contest or promotion terms.
To be eligible for any cash prizes, users must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, if higher) and reside in a jurisdiction where such prizes are permitted. Users under 18 are ineligible for cash prizes but may participate in non-cash aspects of the Platform.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any contest or promotion at our sole discretion, and to verify eligibility (including age and location) before awarding prizes.
Prizes are awarded "as is" with no warranties. Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes and may need to provide tax identification information to the Platform prior to collecting prizes.

@NzJack0n Yes, market resolves to the prize winner, not necessarily the leaderboard #1, in case of ineligibility. Payment will be electronic, but the payment method is flexible and will be arranged between the platform and winner.
