Will there be a winter ice skating race between 11 cities in the Netherlands in Frisia this winter?
Warning, base rate is low, it hasn't happened for like 25 years and it's less and less likely due to global warning. But every year, when there's just a teeny bit of snow, it is a topic of national conversation.
As this is very slightly subjective, I will not bet on this market.

Petition to resolve this early. The weather in Frisia doesn't look like it'll go below freezing again this season and by the Royal Meteorological Institute's reckoning the winter ended on the last day of February.
