This resolves when it's clear who the next leader / controller of Russia, or at last of Moscow is.
EDIT 11/1/2023: something like "belief that some UFOs are extraterrestrial spacecraft". Please note that this is fairly hard to define clearly so there will be some of my own opinion. I will read the report and if I think it's reasonable to say "that person said they believe in UFOs/UFOs are a real alien phenomenon" then I will YES. I am trying to make it as fair as possible but I think it's likely to be somewhat ambiguous due to translation, etc.
