This resolves when it's clear who the next leader / controller of Russia, or at last of Moscow is.
Upon this person being in control, in the next month, will a photo emerge of them being near a then current or then former US president?
EDIT 11/1/2023: added "or near", not just "in a room". It still must be very close physical proximity, clearly prior arranged and approved by both parties beforehand.
