If at any point in the year 2050 there is any radioactive waste in storage at the Yucca Mountain Nuclear Waste Repository, this question resolves yes. That includes spent nuclear fuel, other high level radioactive waste, or low level radioactive waste as designated by law (not just random stuff that happens to be a tiny bit radioactive). If the name of the repository changes, it still counts, as long as it occupies the same site. Waste sitting outside does not count, it has to be in the repository, i.e. underground. The storage of waste must be publicly confirmed by reputable news sources.
