This question resolves YES if, when ranked from most Democratic to most Republican by margin of victory in the 2024 U.S. presidential election, Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Wisconsin are consecutive. (But not necessarily in that order.)
By "margin of victory", I mean "percentage of the vote for the Democratic nominee minus percentage of the vote for the Republican nominee".
For example, in 2020 we had Wisconsin (0.63%) < Pennsylvania (1.16%) < Nevada (2.39%) < Michigan (2.78%). Thus, had this question been about the 2020 election, it would have resolved NO.
