If Dan Osborn loses his senate race in Nebraska this November, this question will resolve N/A. Otherwise, this market will resolve YES if, by resolution date (January 31, 2025), Osborn decides to caucus with the Democrats, NO if he decides to caucus with the Republicans, and N/A if he doesn't caucus with either party. (If he switches allegiances, then his first allegiance decides the outcome of this question.)
