This market resolves to Yes if there is a civil war in Angola in 2022. It resolves to No if there is no civil war. This market will be resolved at the end of 2023 by looking at Wikipedia and judging if a civil war began in Angola in 2022 (Syria wasn't declared until over a year in). A civil war shall be defined as a conflict having at least one thousand deaths, with at least 100 from each side.
