Resolves YES, to all who are in the Makuuchi division for the November 2023 Kyusyhu banzuke, with equal weight. Everyone else resolves NO.
So if 5 of these are in Makuuchi, each will resolve to 20%. If 4 are in, 25%, etc.
I'm going to try to set it to close about 1 day before the banzuke comes out. The promotions from Makushita to Juryo will be known before that point but there could be questions regarding who will be demoted.

Unless something unexpected happens, I believe 5 people on this list will be in Makuuchi. It's possible that it is a different number but I think it will be 5. I've listed 3 people who are currently in Makuuchi, and I expect that (not listed) there are 4 guaranteed demotions and 2 guaranteed promotions.
