There will be an announcement involving a rider who has won a WT race

Someone told me that the UCI will announce a doping case that will cause a great disturbance in the near future. I don't really believe it so I am making a market to gauge public perception.

All individual named answers will resolve NO if there is no UCI announcement before 14 February 2026.

For an answer to resolve Yes, the person must be named in a public communication from the UCI on their website or other official media statements. It is okay if they are just 'involved' and not convicted or accused of anything.

The answer "No such announcements by 14 February 2026" resolves Yes if there is no announcement involving a rider who has ever won a professional level race (.1, .Pro, .WT, etc. -- if it's an older race before those categories we will adjudicate on a case-by-case basis).

Isn't lance armstrong already retired?

@Qoiuoiuoiu Retired riders get accused of doping all the time. I added all relevant names as suggested to me by a number of rabid cycling fans.
