I will resolve this NO on January 1st 2023, unless things go quite badly and I decide that I need me some mana; in that case it will resolve YES. I will only resolve this YES in order to allow me to make new markets or place fairly modest bets (under M$100), and only if I really want to do those things and really don't have the mana. I'm doing pretty well right now, and expect this to be a good market to build trust in my markets and make people some easy profit. However, I'm not kidding about its function.

I have not come anywhere near the conditions for resolving this YES since the Unique Bettor Bonus was implemented, and only very rarely in the earlier days of MM. I expect to keep over M$1000 buffer in my portfolio by default.
