Resolution criteria

• This market will resolve based on the political party affiliation of the individual sworn in as President of the United States on January 20, 2029, for the term commencing in 2029.

• The option representing the winning candidate's party will resolve to YES, and all other options will resolve to NO.

• Independent or Third-Party Candidate will resolve to YES if the sworn-in President ran as an independent or represented any party other than the Democratic, Republican, Libertarian, or Green parties.

• Party affiliation is defined by the candidate's ballot line/official party nomination during the 2028 general election, or the party they officially represent at the time of inauguration if a party shift occurs post-election.

• Resolution will be verified using official transition and inauguration coverage from the U.S. National Archives or undisputed consensus from major national news outlets.
