If there is a law passed in any state in the US that in any way allows non-citizens to vote for the president by the end of 2025 the question will resolve Yes. If it is not possible for non-citizens to vote for president in any state in the US by the end of 2025, this question will resolve No.

US states can't decide that since federal laws prohibit non-citizens from voting in federal elections (since at least the Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act of 1996), and there is no world where Congress would overturn that lol.

Is it some new conspiracy theory related to Trump/Republicans or something?

sold Ṁ200 of NO

@Laroussi Creator is the only YES holder. I’m exiting. This is a risky and ugly market.

@NicoDelon Yup Agree, that's why I didn't make any bet - even if I think that the "YES" probability is way much lower than 0.01%.

This is a wildly misleading title going by the description, there's been a few proposals for non-citizens to vote (in local elections) but they're all restricted to legal permanent residents. If that qualifies as a yes to this you should change the title (and if not, you should change the description).

@ShakedKoplewitz in the title AND description, he's talking specifically about presidential elections. it's illegal by federal law, in any way for a non-citizen, be an illegal immigrant or permanent resident to vote in federal election anyway.
