If there is a law passed in any state in the US that in any way allows non-citizens to vote for the president by the end of 2025 the question will resolve Yes. If it is not possible for non-citizens to vote for president in any state in the US by the end of 2025, this question will resolve No.

This is a wildly misleading title going by the description, there's been a few proposals for non-citizens to vote (in local elections) but they're all restricted to legal permanent residents. If that qualifies as a yes to this you should change the title (and if not, you should change the description).
@ShakedKoplewitz in the title AND description, he's talking specifically about presidential elections. it's illegal by federal law, in any way for a non-citizen, be an illegal immigrant or permanent resident to vote in federal election anyway.
