My girlfriend is in her mid 20s and works in a technical position at a FAANG company. She's in her fourth year there, making around the 99th percentile TC for her age and region. She's about to quit and take 0-6 months fully off (she's not sure yet), then starts applying seriously to jobs. Will she be able to land something at least above the 90th percentile TC in 0-4 months of trying?
