Any change in name to trustworthy-ish/moderator badge will still count as YES

Resolves NO if they do not. Also resolves NO if they get banned or state they quit the site.

@mattyb I'll resolve it if he deletes his account like he claims he is going to do. If he gets banned of course it will resolve ASAP.
I know this seems very unlikely now, but if he doesn't delete account/quit/get banned, people can forgive, and you never know!
