Haven't seen any other markets quite like this one so please let me know if it doesn't belong or I should amend it in some way!

Resolves to YES if at any point during 2024 market consensus and my own personal opinion agree that I have reasonable definition in 6 or more segments in my stomach muscles. Resolves to NO on Jan 1st 2025 if I and the reasonable market consensus is NO.

I will only bet YES on this market, as it is a big goal of mine for the year. Additionally, I will be updating this as often as possible with a log of my workouts.

Happy to answer any and all questions in comments.

1/9: 30m uphill walk on treadmill

Resolving NA, I don't have the time to keep up with updating this this market every day and have fallen off of the app. Regardless of whether or not I achieve the 6-pack I won't have created a fairly market

Could you share your dietary regimen and workout schedules (workout types and frequency)?

I'm a pretty busy guy, but I do my best to have no "zero days" (days in which I don't do ANY type of strength training/cardio). Even if its just 200 pushups in my room or a 10 minute ab-circuit.

When I'm able to actually lift, it's about 1.5hrs of hypertrophy training 3-5x per week, and the goal is to add about 15 minutes of core work to the end of these lifts.

Dietary, I've cut out sweets and high-sugar items. I'm in the habit of eating chicken rice + broccoli for most dinners, other meals pretty much a mix of albacore tuna and granola bars.

@DennyVonDoom Good on you for doing this man. I bought some Yes!
