The Hugo awards begin with six nominees per category. Science fiction and fantasy books are both eligible to win. Nominees will be announced in the spring. I'll resolve to 100% for all the works that are nominated for the Novella category, 0% for others.

If you propose a novel that goes on to win the Hugo award, I'll award a 100M prize for that.
