This market resolves YES if a bill is passed by both houses of congress and the president signs. The that must move President's Day to the Monday after the Super Bowl. The bill must explicitly propose moving the federal holiday known as Washington's Birthday (commonly called President's Day) from its current third Monday in February to the Monday following the Super Bowl.
Resolution will be based on official Congressional records at congress.gov.
