@SirCryptomind I looked at the timestamps for the posts titled "Official Canvas Timelapse [...]" They all fall between 5-8 PM. So perhaps it will close in 3-6 hours from now. That sounds like a good "soon" to me.

I'm going by this start time, that is, going by the event announcement post time here: https://www.reddit.com/r/reddit/comments/154qutf/rplace_is_back_again/ (hover over the first post's 4 days ago....) at July 20 9:23:55 AM EST. According to the market criteria, then, if it closes before July 24: 9:23:55 PM EST then it should resolve to 4 days.

At 3:56 PM EST, the google play store description (have to use mobile to see it, click on the event) shows it ends in 4 hours. 4 minutes later at 4:00 PM EST I checked it and now it shows it ends in 3 hours. That makes the ending time on July 24, 7:00 PM EST.

This makes it just shy of 4.5 days (closer to 4 days). There isn't another official date timestamp on the closing, so it's unknown whether it will actually close at 7 PM ( or before 9:23:55 PM EST), but the last post says that there will be no more expansions ("last expansion").

@parhizj sometimes people round times in weird ways, e.g. an event will roll over from "ends in 1 hour" to "ends in 59 minutes". That would still put it in the <4.5 day bracket though, so I think your analysis is correct.

The market description also states very explicitly that rounding towards nearest answer is used.

@VitorBosshard Yeah, as for rounding on the google store page, it now says "ends soon". I think they were either truncating the hour (so it ends at 8PM?) or they are going to manually stop it soon. Or its possible its just a soft deadline.

It's already the 5th as far as I know. So this is a safe bet for 5+, right?

@parhizj i believe it started 4 days and 30 minutes ago, so if it ends in the next 11 hours, I think this market should still resolve 4 days.

@FlorisvanDoorn I just learned how to check the post time (hovering) and that rule set I mentioned was definitely created before it launched, so I am going by what I mentioned in my other post to bet.
