@traders this looks like it will depend if we count the EU as a single country (which it technically isn't but in response is fairly unitary. Does anyone have strong opinions about this?

@Dauur my betting took this into account. That a coordenated response between multiple EU countries is likely

Do we count Canada and Italy as single country (both in NATO)?
