By "Pope", I mean the earthly head of the Catholic church.

Resolves N/A if the next Pope is chosen by means other than an election, or if there is no next Pope by the time this market resolves. If there are multiple Papal claimants, I will resolve based on the one with the allegiance of a majority of people who were Bishops just before the end of Pope Francis's reign. If there becomes any ambiguity about what what church is the "Catholic church", who the "Pope" is (that is not resolved by previous notes), or what a "vote" is, I will resolve according to what in my judgement best fits the spirit of the question.
