Musk's lawsuit outlines many different judgements he'd like to receive against OpenAI. Which will a court rule in his favor on?

The court must fully rule in his favor on the wording of the count. I will not bet to be able to judge ambiguity. I'll extend the close date until the case has resolved. If the case is dismissed, all of these resolve to NO. If it is settled, all the ones that are explicitly included as part of the settlement resolve to YES, if known. If unknown, I'll wait at least 6 months, then resolve the known ones to YES and the unknown to NO.

If settled out of court — often secret terms (especially $$$) although opening the tech up, and donations to charity expect to be public
