“Yes” requires that there be a copy of the famous person including a whole brain emulation, an artificial clone, or other method of copying the person such that the way the copy “thinks” is extremely similar to the original.
Teleporting technology where the original is destroyed also counts for this, but technology which “teleports” the user by moving them extremely quickly but does not destroy and reassemble them does not count for this.
Identical twins (I.e. natural clones) do not count for this. Training an LLM to emulate the speech of the person does not count for this.
