Edit: Apparently Roskomnadzor is doing that youtube thing again - they decided not to show the blocked discord domains officially on the list. So, I need to adjust the criteria...

@CyfralCoot yeah, there's something shady there. I have seen Russian telegram channels state that it's no longer blocked, and https://isitblockedinrussia.com/?host=discord.com says that it's not blocked, but OTOH, https://www.comparitech.com/privacy-security-tools/blockedinrussia/ says that it is. I haven't seen any official reporting related to removing the block though.
