I presume this resolves yes for higher and no for lower. Rather than will the price be identical in 1 months time?

The follow up question, does it mearly need to be higher than 23.56 at any point during Oct 5, to resolve YES, or does it need to be above 23.56 all day to resolve YES?

If the price fluctuates through out the day and is at some points during Oct 5, above, at, and below 23.56, does this market Resolve NA?
