@CraigMcDermott I consulted with some moderators and we are going to change the title from "by Election Day" to "on Election Day", to reduce confusion. Some users will think "by Election Day" means at ANY point before (or during) that day, and might be confused.

Makes total sense. I apologize. I actually looked afterwords and there are existing markets just like this one. So… IDK?? Maybe just squash it or are people still into it?
