Resolution Criteria

This question will resolve YES if the plaintiffs of the class action lawsuit against Stability, DeviantArt, and Midjourney refile a lawsuit against DeviantArt and/or Midjourney in any court by midnight Pacific Time on December 31st, and NO otherwise.
