In August, for the Summer of Math Exposition 3 competition, I made a video called "is 69 unique?!? the search for nice numbers (mathematically)", which was the culmination of an investigation spanning blog posts and Manifold markets. Unfortunately, due to procrastinating the video, I didn't have a chance to listen to the final version, and the audio quality got wrecked during the export — I think it's unlistenable, even though it sounded sort of okay when played locally on my computer. However, the video ultimately reached 28,000+ views, and commenters said the content was really good even though the audio quality was terrible.

I've been meaning to redo the video for a long time, since I think it could have the potential to reach an even broader audience. I don't think it would actually be that hard; I'd mainly want to redo the beginning to be tighter, make a few changes to the rest, and triple-check the audio quality before publishing. All of this seems doable in a few hours to a day when I find the energy (and in theory I should have more...). But who knows, maybe it'll take longer, or I'll feel the urge to make more structural changes like fully scripting it, or I will pursue other things in January...
