The market resolves YES if Trump awards himself the Medal of Honor while he is in office. The market resolves NO if he does not. If he stays president after the 20th of January, 2029, I will extend the question's length.
Background
In his first term, Trump recounted trying to give himself the medal after visiting Iraq but was talked out of it by his advisers. Trump has suggested changing the law so he can give himself the Congressional Medal of Honor.

@CommanderKeen Can you clarify in the circumstance that Trump receives the medal during his presidency but reports it to be awarded by say another individual in the administration or 'congress' etc.
@dorothydomer I thought about this some time. I would count that as a YES, too. If he changes the law such that he can receive it and someone else can award it, and then makes that person award him, it should resolve YES to keep with the spirit of the question.
Also, if he blatantly ignores the law and traditions and just does it or makes someone else do it, I would count that as a YES, too.
